Directors & Meetings
Trust Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic direction of the Trust and accountable for the outcomes of the four schools. The Board normally meets once each term to receive reports from the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairs of Governors of the four schools. It also has quality of education, people and resources committees which also meets each term.
Operational accountability is delegated to the Governing Bodies of the four schools, meeting termly to receive reports from its Advisory Panels.
